Austin Bazaar is an authorized Blackstar dealer. Open box products are in "like new" condition and sell at a discount. They may have been returned by other customers, displayed in our store, or filmed in demonstration videos. All open box products have been inspected, are found to be fully functional, and may include original packaging and/or manufacturer's warranty. There may be minor cosmetic damage such as a scratch/dent but nothing that will affect the instrument's integrity. Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new products. Defective or damaged products must be reported to Austin Bazaar within 1 business day of delivery. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you are responsible for return shipping.
