You might not ever see another one like this!

This is a 1966-68 Kay K-404 electric guitar. It was a premium model for Kay during the mid to late 60s. I purchased it second hand from Guitar Center in 2005 and have rarely played it. The finish has aged considerably and it has a marbled quality. The paint has chipped off in many places, which are visible in the pictures. The guitar still sounds and plays great. Includes a case that came with the guitar when I purchased it. I’m not sure if it is original. The guitar had a new custom bone nut and a new first fret installed in 2021. Some parts are not original, the bridge, volume/tone knobs, one tuning peg, and one strap knob.
I have included images from the 1966 Kay catalog which has a thorough description of the model.
