This is a rare Japanese made Electra MPC X950 Vulcan and it is in Great Condition. This was Electra’s Top of the Line Guitar when it was released and was endorsed by several iconic guitarists including Frampton, Derringer, Betts, Squire, Lynne and many many others.
This guitar comes with 2 MPC Effects Modules. An MPC-3 Treble/Bass Expander and an MPC-2 Dynamic Fuzz. Some of these modules I have seen sell for as much as $350 each. They can be swapped out for other modules to create the exact effect you want Right At Your Fingertips!!
Everything on this guitar works perfectly and helps to deliver a ton of different Tones to choose from. The 5 Position Tone Spectrum Circuitry Switch offers Both Pickups In Phase, Neck Only, Both Pickups in Parallel In Phase, Bridge Only, and Both In Series Out of Phase. The Mini Switch splits the coils in all positions. The 2 Large Toggle Switches engage the effects modules for both cartridges. The 4 Pots control Volume, Tone, and the Effects Mix for both Modules so you can dial in the exact amount of effects you want.
This guitar features a Maple Body with either an Ash or Jacaranda Cap, Maple Neck, Bound Rosewood Fretboard, Tortoiseshell Binding, Mother of Pearl Block Inlays, Gold Hardware, Super Magnaflux Pickups.
Everything on this guitar works perfectly. There are a couple small dings and scratches on the guitar. They are small and hard to see. This guitar was very well taken care of and will be professionally packaged when shipped!
