Up for grabs are these NEW 12" super heavy duty LOUDspeakers...

This is a new 2024 model, being offered by PMR, and are made for virtually any high power/high output bass/mid-bass/midrange application..

These new units feature a DEEP aluminum/ radially vented structure that allows the maximum cooling possible around the voice coil, which reduces "power compression", distortion , risk of burn out, and maximizes audible output.

That'll give you guys an idea how they're built, and what they'll sound like.  You guys know what this stuff is,....

Those heavy pulp cones, that are fully ribbed really stay rigid, which of course is highly desirable s you don't want cone break up and flexing under high excursions.  Plus- those accordion profile cloth surrounds allow the high excursions required for the stuff below 100hz...

The magnets are big and powerful samarium cobalt anisotropic ceramic, and the frames are a really unique design, which as I mentioned earlier, feature a highly accessible air venting system.  The voice coil windings are protected, but virtually open to the air...  Even the cores are vented, so as much air as possible is able to flow over and/or be "pumped" across the copper windings, thus keeping everything cool.. It reduces power compression as much as possible, and if you don't know what "Loudspeaker Power Compression" is, please google it.It's a VERY important thing to understand when you start getting into high power/high output designs such as this is..
