Most phaser pedals give you rate and depth and call it a day. The Many Worlds is not that pedal.

It's an 8-stage phaser with eight selectable phase shift configurations, six different LFO shapes, and two envelope-controlled modes that let the phasing respond to your playing dynamics rather than a fixed clock. In practical terms, that's the difference between a phaser that does one thing on repeat and one that you can actually explore. Classic swirly Uni-Vibe-style wash is in there, but so are sounds that no fixed-rate two-knob phaser can touch.

If you already know you want a phaser and you're looking for one that won't bore you in six months, this is the one to buy. If you're new to phasers and want to understand what the format is actually capable of, this is also a good place to start — just be prepared to spend some time with it.
