A Semi-Hollow, All-Maple body features a single Cat's Eye Sound Hole on the treble side. The larger body and semi-hollow construction allow this guitar to have a strong acoustic tone, no amp necessary to enjoy its Chorusy-Jingle-Jangle but, wow does it REALLY shine when you do!
Rickenbacker's Hi-Gain Single-Coil PIckups are truly the stuff of legend(ary recordings). The Late 1960s just wouldn't have sounded the same without them! Each pickup has its own volume and tone control and is accessible alone or in tandem via the 3-way pickup toggle. Rickenbacker’s Rick-O-Sound parallel-mono outputs allow you to send each pickup to its own amplifier. Think Neck Pickup through a Deluxe Reverb and the Bridge through a perfect breaking-up Vox AC-30.
