Vintage 1968 Left Handed Gibson EB-2D Refinished (Serial Number Intact)

Up for grabs is my prized 1968 Lefty Gibson EB-2D that I've owned for the past 3 years.

It was always a dream of mine to own one, and I have.

It plays wonderfully from Basic Bass, to New Order, to Cocteau Twins, to The Cure, to ME, from sharp, upper-register leads, to boomy, low-down mayhem.

Last year (2014) it was refinished in Clapton Grey.

The wiring has been modded to the Triple Bypass Regime to add a happy medium to the tonal range: ()

But the Original Wiring Harness and Baritone Switch will be included in case you want to set it back.

Pickups are original, unmodded stock.

The orange sticker broke apart around the edges during the refin (paper was placed in the F-holes and supposedly this happened upon removal), but the data is clearly legible.

I am no Gibson expert (I specialize more in Fender Guitars), but I'm sure the knowledgeable purveyor will make use of the SN and the sticker info.

This has been kept and used modestly in a smoke-free home studio, and kept in it's Original Hard Shell Case (included) for it's entire life under my ownership.

When I received it from the original owner, it didn't have any grime or foul and unpleasant odors either.
