I bought this Carvin SH-225 here on Reverb. There are a few things to consider on this guitar. When I got this guitar it I was advised that the discoloration on the top was because someone had placed some stickers on the body and through out the years the area where the stickers were did not see any light and so you will notice the discoloration difference on some areas of the top. If you are looking for a perfect SH-225 this one is not for you. Also one of the fine tuners on the bridge was missing when I got it and never bothered to replace it since it was not an issue of the guitar staying in tune. It does come with the original case from Carvin. The pickups have been swapped out for Duncan Seth Lovers. The regular toggle give you neck, neck bridge, and bridge. The smaller toggles are wired as splitters. Toggle 1 splits the neck, 2 splits the bridge, and the last toggle is an out of phase. A lot of sounds to play with here. Originally this guitar was wired with two input jack. One normal the other stereo. Since I do not use stereo, it is wired for normal only. The pots and switches all function properly, but there maybe a little scratchy noise, may need more cleaning, as they are all original they for the age they still work well.
