It will be hard to let this one go. I bought this guitar on my first trip to Japan 20 or so years ago. What you see here is a 1980 Greco SE600 Super Sound Strat. These high quality instruments compare very favorably to the original guitars they resemble. The fingerboard has the swirly multi hued coloring which leads me to believe that it is Brazilian Rosewood. The body and neck, as seen in the black light pictures, have the tell tale glow of a nitrocellulose finish. There is minimal fretwear and the body has some dings and scratches. This is a great representation of relic-ing of the most natural kind.
I’ve just uploaded a video of the guitar being played through an old Princeton Reverb. The slight overdrive portion is being provided by an old Tube Screamer. Please excuse the crappy playing

Let me address some of the questions that have been asked regarding this guitar.
There is a long line on the back of the neck. It looks like there may have been a crack that was the result of overtightening the truss rod. In any case it must have been repaired since it hasn't changed since 2001 when I bought the guitar on a trip to Japan. You can feel it, but it definitely is not open. There are some other discolorations on the neck which are only in the finish, a result of aging. The neck is a very comfortable slim C shape with a nut width of 1 5/8". I just removed the neck for the first time since I bought the guitar over 20 years ago. I've included a couple of pics showing the neck and neck pocket. The truss rod is pretty tight but the guitar has always played so well that I never thought to adjust it. .The fingerboard radius is somewhere between 7.25' and 9". I would say that the vintage sized frets are at about 90%. The intonation is as good as any other Strat style guitar out there. The string height at the 12th fret is 3/32" on the low E and 1/16" on the high E.
The guitar weighs in at 7lb's 14oz's. I believe that all the electronics are original to the guitar.
I believe everything I have described about this guitar to be true, but since I bought it used, over 20 years ago, I cannot guarantee it.

The guitar will be shipped in a Fender style hard case
