A culmination of MOOG history, the minimoog Voyager XL is a 64-note, Simi-modular mono synth with fully analog path and practically every modern capability you'd want from such a glorious instrument. Adding to the previous Voyager, this includes the larger keyboard, two expansion boxes, the VX251 and the "Moogerfooger" CP251, which brings most of the Voyagers internal outputs, mults routing, a 4 ch-mixer, LAG processor and another LFO.

I am the second owner and this unit is excellent condition, with little travel between home and non-smoke studio with previous owner and only non-smoke studio use here. The system has been updated to Version 3.6.

NOTE: There are photos of blemishes, but this unit has been very lightly used its entire life so there is not the usual wear you might see from gigging or frequent play. There are two spots with light wood marks and two spots where the label laminate has indentation or in the case of the midi label, slightly pulled away.

Tip: With the latest Spectrasonics "hardware integration," the Voyager becomes a very flexible controller for Omnisphere virtual instruments!

From the MOOG website: The Minimoog Voyager XL is a sonic powerhouse that pays homage to important milestones in the Moog synthesizer legacy. Fat oscillators and warm Moog filters give it that unmistakable Moog sound and the rugged construction and intuitive user interface design immediately tells you that you’re playing a high-quality musical instrument. From the current Voyager lineage, the XL inherits a 100% analog signal path with stable oscillators, patch storage, touch surface, pot mapping and extensive MIDI control functionality. Incorporating virtually all of the sound resources and functions of the original Minimoog Model D and Voyager, The Minimoog Voyager XL features extensive front-panel patchability that harkens back to the original ground-breaking Moog modular synthesizers. A host of features previously found only on massive modular synthesizers combined with state-of-the-art analog technology make it a sound design and control dream machine.
