This is a vintage Opcode Studio 3 Mac serial Midi interface! It uses the old mini-din serial connections for early Apple Mac systems, ala system 7/8 (I still have one I'm keeping on an older Quadra series computer, if that gives you an idea).
If you're not familiar with this interface, then you probably don't have a system that runs it... :)
This one does work, just not hanging onto it any more (it was a backup in case the other one went down). Not including a power cable or any other cables, but it uses a standard IEC cable, obviously.
If you're looking for one of these interfaces for your vintage Mac, this is a rare chance!
