Used 1950's Ess and Ess Magnatone Mark IV Hard Shell Guitar Case Black

What we believe to be a 1950's Magantone Mark IV Hard Shell Guitar Case. Its an Ess and Ess...see pic 5... All latches, hinges, original handle, accessory box and back restraint strap are still on it. What a cool Case.

Its not mint. It was used for a time. It has some carry wear and some tolex is missing or glued. See pics 5 and 6. The Red Plush interior is still awesome. No odors and in very good shape. Check those pics!

The width at the Lower Body Bout measures 13 inches , the sharp upper body bout measures 10 1/2 inches...Its 19 inches from the butt end to the start of the accessory box and the total length from tip to tip is 42 1/2 inches... If you have other thoughts regarding the use of this case, please let us know. One of our Finders was kind enough to share his thoughts of it being a Magnatone Case.

We got this and a pile of other guitar cases and amp covers from since closed Guitar Shop. They carried Magnatone Accordions, amps and some guitars. Many of you will remember the original Professional Music Shop. This came from their long ago closed basement. It finally surfaced and will make some vintage Magnatone Guitar player very happy. Some Bangs and scrapes from being banged around the basement for so many years. The interior still looks brand new! Check those pics!
