Hello,
Here is a Guyatone GA-1030 obvious drip-face clone. Sounds amazing, two EL-84s, three 12AX7/12AU7, and a rectifier tube. I purchased this in Japan and it has a switch for 100v (Japan) or 117v for here in the States. I replaced three of the scratchy pots (pic included to see the quality of the layout inside), power cord, and speaker leads. Original Alnico speaker.
Reverb and Trem sound amazing and authentic, pots all sound great. Tolex is in amazing shape for its age and has no tears, just minor scratches. Grill cloth has two minor tears around the speaker. Drip edge is mint, some rust on tilt-back legs, minor scratches on faceplate from the handle screws.
These are interesting amps. Guyatone cloned these and intended to sell them to the States, hence the input power selector. Someone threatened to sue and these stayed overseas. They were nicknamed "lawsuit amps". When the Japanese clone something, they usually improve on the design, and these are pretty robust and sound great.
I completed a tune-up of the amp including the services above, replaced all of the tube (I'll throw in an extra rectifier tube and some random 12AX7s), cleaned all of the pots and sockets. It needs nothing.
Please ask any questions, will ship fully insured. Thanks-Dana
