 Upon receiving the guitar we had our staff give the guitar an initial setup which included checking for any dings, dents, scratches, scuffs, or defects. Non were found and we then checked the neck to assure it is straight along with making sure the action is low with no buzz. The frets came to us in perfect condition as they are smooth and not protruding from the neck. 
 Being a parlor most would assume that this guitar doesn't offer a ton when it comes to sound. This is not the case with this beautiful machine. This guitar presents a full warm tone that resonates and has a long lasting sustain keeping the player engaged and the listeners wanting more!
