The F-1000 was a limited run of acoustics masterbuilt by Yamaha. The guitar is very similar to a Martin D-35 with the three piece back. This guitar has Brazilian Rosewood in the center piece and Indian Rosewood on the outsides. The early pieces had leather labels. This guitar has a black lable for guitars only sold in Japan. The guitar has been played and has some scratches and dings on the front. There is a repaired crack in the top below where the neck meets the body and a crack on the back in the center section. The frets are in good shape. The guitar has a great tone with a lot of bottom and sparkly mids and highs. Overall the guitar is in very good condition and comes with a hard case.
