Dave's Guitars Charlotte is proud to offer yet another Fender vintage reissue—this time, we're excited to offer our second '62 Stratocaster this week in classic 3-Color Sunburst. Just look at that dark rosewood slab board!
Often sold under the blanket abbreviation "AVRI" (American Vintage Reissue), it is important to note that the series' designation changed many times; I've seen U.S. Vintage, American Vintage Series, etc. The one constant? All AVRI guitars are incredibly quality-made instruments with player comfort in mind. These Strats virtually play themselves and sound fantastic!
This guitar has mild signs of wear 'n' tear most noticeably around the neck screws; please see clearly photographed neck backplate in my listing gallery. There were a few over-tightened screws on some plastic parts that almost broke all the way through—these have since been loosened.
Being picky, its cosmetic condition is 7.5/10–yes, there are are scratches, dings, and signs of usage over the past several decades. This is a used guitar.
