20" Sabian AA (actually, pre-AA.. the earliest AA line that didn't say "AA" on it explicitly) Medium Ride Cymbal with sizzle holes that weighs about 2480 grams. I am not sure of the origin of the sizzle holes but they seem to be in pretty nice shape, the closeup shows some "lipping" of the metal but that's about all you'll find (and there are no rivets in this cymbal). There's patina and scratches and stickmarks and discoloration and ink fade and sticker residue. The center hole is very slightly oval. The edges have very mild (almost minimal) roughness/nicking shown in the pics. There's no dents but might be some mild curvature (pic 5 probably shows the tiniest bit of "lift".. but I'm looking at the cymbal right now and I don't really see anything). It's in pretty nice condition overall.. bordering on "very good" depending on how you feel about rivet holes of questionable origin. MY OPINION ON SOUND: It's got a surprisingly complex tone.. doesn't have the overt pingy musicality of a lot of Zildjian A's and A customs.. it's got a little more steel and chime mixed in.. lots of breathy wash but not super loud wash.. the wood of the stick comes through.. kind of a "golden" sound but as I said.. not in a super pingy, A custom ride kind of way.. good stick but a delicate tone to the tap (maybe think more of a 60s/70s zild in this weight range).
