Favilla Bros. bowl back Mandolin with original case. Made in NY in 1912. There is a small section in the back seam where light shows through (more than 1/4" but less than 1/2") I assume it would be pretty easy to repair. The case has a number of issues and is near to falling apart. This instrument has been well loved and there are several places where the inlays have fallen out. I've tried to show it's issues in the pictures. Please feel free to ask any questions.
