Gamechanger has taken their ground breaking tech that expresses the audio signal as electrical discharges and created the Plasma Coil, a new distortion pedal made with Jack White. The Plasma Coil take the signal and amplifies it to 3500 volts. This "high voltage" distortion is equipped with multiple Octave-style circuits that give it a unique harmonic drive. The tube itself is a xenon tube, which has an active life of 10k to 70k hours and can be replaced when needed. The Plasma Coil runs on a standard 9v DC center negative power supply with at least 250 mA. The Plasma Coil is a natural, heavy hitting distortion that is unmistakably unique and dangerously powerful.
