Optogate Online provides Infrared automatic microphone switch. Sensitivity is adjustable by distance and has a bypass switch on top. It is phantom powered. This unit results in approximately -16db which gives you a “ducking” effect, leaving some bleed into the mic. This was originally designed for in ear monitors so that some bleed was still present. This makes the mix less shifted and more subtle, but still cleaning up the mix to a large degree
