This is probably one of the most strange and wonderful guitars I have owned. I own two of them and I'm letting one go.
Its loaded with all kind of idiosyncratic things. Really cool hardware design, a liquid mercury loaded interrupting circuit so that when the guitar is set horizontally the sound is switched off, and and active preamp circuit that requires a 9volt battery under the hollywood logo.
The guitar has had a full refret job about three years ago and hasn't seen much action since then.
When I purchased the guitar I was told that there was a binson echorec connected directly to it. So the guitar had been modified with an effects loop and controls for it. By the time of the purchase all mods had been reversed and the input / outputs as well as controls covered. Check the pictures.
