Body in great condition. Low action and plays excellent. Sounds very very good and quite loud as you would expect from this old tonewood.
I determined the vintage of this Uke by comparison to pics on the net, in addition to other research in books I own. Just came from the Luthier's bench: Bridge reset. Action set and intonated at the saddle. Observed re-glue existing around kerfing at the back. Repaired 3 small hairlines at back.
Very clean vintage Martin Style 1...minimal to nearly unnoticeable bump, bruise, or scratch. Nice Vintage 60's softcase with plush lining. See pics and ask questions. Thanks--Cliff
