Here we have a beautiful Les Paul copy made in Japan from the so-called "lawsuit era" in the mid-70s, when japanese guitar manufacturers started to settle a good quality reputation among players.
Thunder guitars were crafted by Kiso Suzuki Violin which, like many other at that time replicated classic us models (Mustang, Stratocaster, Les Paul, JB and PB).
The guitar was made with good quality tonewoods and has nice vintage vibe soundwise. She is 100% stock original, no mods, no break. There is patina and little traces of rust on the hardware, some dents here and there (see pictures) but she is in a nice player condition for the age. She has been set up by a professional before listing and optimally tuned for playability and intonation with new 10/46 Ernie Ball strings. Trussrod is working fine, neck is straight, action low without any buzz. The electronics have been carefully checked and lubricated, no crackling potentiometers. She is ready to play!
