Here is a one off customized Blackburn Bb Trumpet with a Yamaha Miyashiro bell, put together by Chris Roush of Pearl Corporation for one of the top lead players in Nashville! The Blackburn features a very early Cliff Blackburn .460” ML valve block, 1B-348 Blackburn leadpipe, rounded tuning slide and the rare 5.25” lightweight Yamaha Miyashiro bell. The result is an even playing horn in all registers with a killer tone! Very open blow with easy slotting, this horn is equally comfortable to ride on top of a big band as it is to play some Charlier etudes. There are some solder marks from previous assembly but that’s all the flaws for this horn! A brand new Blackburn is way over $5000 so don’t miss your chance to pick up this one of a kind trumpet for a deal!
