Fresh outta the oven to test the waters on this.
We have a CNC program for a killer F*nder Tele model pickguard, very vintage correct.
Genuine fiberboard "Bakelite" material, .060 thick.
5 hole like a 1950's
3 coats nitrocellulose lacquer that are aged gently. Can ring on the back for authenticity!
We have tested this on our guitars and on genuine F guitars. Seems to be a perfect fit.
HOWEVER, the disclaimer is always that the screw holes may not line up perfectly with your guitar so be prepared to do a little fill & re-drill. But, that's always how it goes with replacement pickguards.
We can do these en-masse if the public wants them so please let us know and/or buy it fast!
