Solid State Logic SSL 9080J Console

SSL 9080J w/ pedigree (console was originally commissioned in Studio A in Quad Studios in NYC). 

Console studio computer fully functional, including total recall and ultimation with motorized touch faders. Remote patchbay with 30 ft (approx.) of cabling. Console and Computer operator manuals included, detailed spec manual included.

Console has some typical cosmetic issues for its age (scuffs on leather arm pad). We only use Channels 1-64, other 16 are spares. Internal CRT Monitor is included, but currently not functioning. We use an interface for an external monitor and will include that for you. Two backup Power Supplies are out (-18, +22/-23), but are not affecting use.  Supplies can easily be sourced from SSL.

We bought this console in 2010 and have used it daily since, including on a 2016 GRAMMY® Nominated Record. It is only powered down for maintenance or during power outages. Selling to downsize. Professionally Serviced by SSL guru Ernie Fortunato.

Buyer is responsible for decommissioning and transport from our studio. It will be in operation until it is sold.
