Here is (drum roll please.....)a 1974 FIRST GENERATION KINGBEAT Imperialstar Snare Drum with a still fully and smoothly operational parallel bar and still original - fully functioning STAR Hardware!

- HEAVY DUTY "STAR" PARALLEL BAR STRAINING SYSTEM
- ALL PARTS TRANSITION SMOOTHLY & ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL
- 10 Mastercraft Imperial Snare Drum Lugs
- First year for the TAMA black "T" badge # 51414
- Only year to have the STAR branded strainer/throw mechanism.
- In 1975 everything went to "TAMA" branding.
- The chrome is very nice on the shell.
- overall VERY GOOD HOOPS (original far as I know)
- Truly a collector/recording grade drum WITH SUPER SENSITIVITY, GREAT RESPONSE, AND DYNAMITE APPEARANCE - THE WHOLE PACKAGE!!
FLAWS:
- Small scuffs, scratches, dust, prints.
- stick marks on batter head
- Some small scratches scuffs knicks and pits here and there on lugs and lightly on shell but super well preserved for its age.
