Suhr Modern Custom – Prism Finish / Pau Ferro Neck / HSH / Gotoh 510

Up for sale is my Suhr Modern Custom in Prism, a seriously striking build with a solid Pau Ferro neck and fingerboard, HSH pickup configuration, stainless steel frets, and Gotoh 510 tremolo.

The Prism finish shifts dramatically depending on the angle and lighting — moving between turquoise/blue, magenta, purple and pink. The matching Prism headstock really completes the look. In person, this one has considerably more depth than photographs can capture.

This is a full custom-spec Modern rather than a basic production configuration, and the Pau Ferro neck is the standout feature. It has that smooth, dense, unfinished/satin wood feel that makes Suhr necks so addictive.

Condition

The guitar remains in very clean condition and presents beautifully. The gloss Prism body still has an incredible shine, and the neck looks fantastic.

As with any previously owned instrument, there may be minor signs of careful handling, so please look closely at the photos for the most accurate representation of condition.

This is one of those Moderns that checks basically every box: exotic solid-wood neck, stainless frets, compound radius, HSH versatility, locking tuners, Gotoh trem, coil splitting, blower switch and one of Suhr's most dramatic finishes.

The Prism/Pau Ferro combination is what makes this one special. It looks completely different from the typical Modern and has a very high-end custom-shop feel from every angle.
