Up for sale is a very cool L5 based preamp. This take on the Lab Series L5 is a board and enclosure made by Aion FX. It was put together by a local amp tech friend of mine. He has been having some health issues and is ready to retire. So, I have been purchasing some of his collection and projects and listing them here.
This pedal has so much going on. It’s really clean and It was really only used for recording and fun at home. The build quality is excellent. And there are plenty of sounds to be had.
The only thing to mention is that depending on the setup, The bypass and channel foot switch can sometimes make a popping sound. that said I have found I mostly stay on one channel and always have the pedal on. I just feel it was worth mentioning.
