I have listed these as excellent condition since they were taken out of a guitar.  The pole pieces and springs are included.  I purchased a Hagstrom Ultra Swede (Summer 2014) because I prefer one volume and one tone control.  I recently sold a guitar with a Duncan '59 in the neck and 'Custom Customs' in the bridge and that would be my preferred choice, but these pickups would've cost me more money.  I may have chosen the 'Blues Set'.  However, I would have not had all the wiring for the coil splitting.  Therefore, I chose the Duncan Hot Rodded pickup set.   In my subjective opinion, they are akin to the Hot Rodded set in a general sense of tone, but the Hot Rodded set - I believe is better or 'more'.  Of course, the Duncans cost me almost half of what I paid for the new Hagstrom at a great deal price.

Note:  I have included a picture of these pickups wired in the Hagstrom Ultra Swede's cavity so that you know how to wire them to your particular guitar.  I recommend a buyer download this picture.  The bottom red rectangular 'box' is for the three way pickup selector and the other smaller one red box in between the tone and volume pots is for the coil splitting.

Obviously, these pickups may improve the tone of an inexpensive guitar or provide a more modern tone than a set of PAF pickups and also allow you to add coil splitting to a guitar.  Or, they can be used for a 'trade or junk' shop body without pickups or old pickups.  They might be good for a beginner experimenting with creating a guitar.  I will note that these had slightly smaller post 'wings' so, I did have to use a drill to rout out the pickup cavity and also trim the Duncans.
