A good sounding durable and affordable 18" that handles 600 watts conservatively on a 4" diameter is hard to find...
A hundred dollar POS is easy to find, just check ebay for a cheap import...

    .Some of the highlights of construction are a really thick and heavy FIBERGLASS REINFORCED cone assembly,an aluminum voice coil former,large gauge coil windings,a tough treated textile FLAT spider assembly,aluminum frame which has heat sink fins cast into it to dissipate heat,a large 172 ounce magnet ,and a vented core in the magnetic structure which also dissipates heat build up to prevent burn out..

Another proprietary feature is the P.M.R." PINSTRIPE" ,which is a white dampener ring molded  into one of the waves of the accordion profile surround.
