If you are checking out this listing, you're likely familiar with the Kay Fuzz Tone and its use by artists like Daniel Lanois and The Edge of U2. If you're not familiar with this pedal, listen to "Elevation" by U2 "Orange Kay" by Daniel Lanois.

This project started by making a clone for me and a few friends. I wanted to make as close to an exact replica of The Edge's Rab Fuzz as possible, while making a couple of changes for flexibility. I decided to make a few extras because a) there's a hefty minimum for professional powder coating, and b) considering the ridiculous prices for the originals, I figured I would make a few for people who want to own a Kay Fuzz Tone without paying around $1K for an original one in good shape. I made a total of six of them.

Keep in mind that I am a very small builder and the materials for this project were expensive. I wanted them built with the highest quality parts I could find.
