Vintage Standard SR-F408 MW AM Pocket Radio - 6 Stone Transistor - w/ Original Case

Vintage Standard Radio Corp. model SR-F408' / mini transistor in its original black carrying case. Made in Japan. It is made of plastic in silver, black & off-white color and fitted in a fine black case. The frequency and ON/OFF/Volume dial seem to be in good place and condition. The case and the handle come in good, clean condition. Please note the transistor does not seem to work. This radio powers on after installing 2 AA batteries, and I can hear static but I can not tune the radio. Some signs of age and use. Please see pics. Measures approx. 4" x 3" x 1" (10.5 x 8 x 3 cm).
