This is a 1922 Conn New Wonder low pitch silver plated alto sax.
Featuring a stunning gold wash bell, and its original case.
Conn has built some of the world's finest instruments since the 1800's.
This new Wonder is low pitch, and features rolled toneholes.
Known for their deep, rich tones, and excellent articulation- this horn checks all the marks.
It's also in great condition, considering this horn is just about a century old.
Typical marks/scratches, and some pitting, there is a small dent on the elbow (easily fixed by someone in the know).
No breaks, or signs of repair that I can tell.
These horns are highly sought after, and as time goes on becoming harder and harder to find, especially in this condition.
