2 channels of linkable compression, 6 channels of switchable band EQ. All 8 channels sound pretty dang good.
It was made for the BBC (still has a BBC asset tag on it) because they didn't like the sound of the new consoles they had ordered.
I really like this thing, unfortunately I have too much stuff and bills to pay.
I think it's worth a bit more than this, but I have too much stuff right now and bills to pay. My loss is your gain.
The pots are scratchy on the EQs, but I've never had any problem with that.
