G&L F-100 Series II Sunburst 1980’s

Up for sale is a vintage G&L F-100 Series II in Sunburst. It’s passive (no 9v battery) so I believe this is from 1981 or possibly earlier as I read F-100’s were all active (9v) after ‘81
I’d love to keep it but I just have too many guitars.
I hope this guitar will find a new owner who will play it and use it like it should be used and make some new music and memories.

I am not the first owner but as you can see by the pictures somebody roughed it up a bit. Looks pretty great though. Feels good and plays well and the wear is really only cosmetic.
This vintage guitar has it where it counts. Solid resonant body. Great looking wear and great playability. Weighs approximlately 9.5 lbs.
This guitar is a monster and maybe it can be your newest go-to guitar. I used it as a spare and I felt like a kid whenever I played it.
Comes with everything pictured. If you look at the pictures, included are presumably replacement or the original tuners. Also, another bridge and tremolo arm and hardware. And the tremolo arm I bought. Also, there’s the tremolo “hardware”. Basically the thing in the trem cavity you mount and hook the tremolo springs to. The switches seem to have had their tips removed or perhaps changed. They Work great BTW.
FYI: you need a hex screw (included) to remove/install or adjust the tremolo bar. I didn’t know and then finally figured it out. I will hopefully save you the frustration.
My first really good guitar years ago was this model without a tremolo. Of course, not this exact guitar. I enjoyed it and loved it but I just have too many so I hope it will find a good home .
I will try to find some schematics to post to illustrate the variety of sounds you can dial in.
