Yamaha BB434 Electric 4-String Bass Guitar â Teal Blue

The Yamaha BB434 blends classic style with modern performance to create a bass that feels as good as it sounds. Its precision feel comes from a six-bolt miter neck joint, giving you excellent stability and response, while custom-wound pickups deliver clarity, presence, and a touch of vintage character that really shines on stage.

6-Bolt Miter Neck Joint
This design holds the neck closer and tighter to the body, effectively fusing the two into one. Compared to a standard bolt-on neck, the miter joint improves string vibration transfer for better sustain and resonance, bringing every note to life.

YGD Custom V5 Pickups
Equipped with Alnico magnet pickups tuned for a classic BB vintage tone, but with a slightly brighter edge that cuts through in live performance.

Controls
Two volume knobs and one tone control offer plenty of scope for shaping your sound.

Convertible Bridge â Vintage Plus Light
The BB434 features the Vintage Plus Light bridge with âDiagonal Body Thru Stringing.â This passes the strings through the body at a 45º angle, reducing stress on them while efficiently transferring vibration to the body. Strings can also be mounted at the tail end of the bridge, giving you even more tonal options.

Five-Piece Neck
The maple and mahogany laminated neck combines the punch and attack of maple with the warmth of mahogany. Its strong, stable design resists warping and twisting, and the slightly thinner profile improves comfort for both modern and traditional players.

Lightweight Tuners
Lighter tuners provide better balance and complement the feel of the smaller, lighter body.
