For Sale is this Hopkins Pandora High Gain 1987X from 1998 with all original Drake Transformers.
This circuit is 4 stages of gain on High input & 3 stages of lesser gain on Low input. It is very responsive to cleaning up using the Guitar Volume Knob.
The Master Volume taper is great as it delivers full tone at a whisper to on stage volumes which will piss off your drummer if desired.
A demo of the Gain & Master volume tapers may be viewed & heard on YouTube at “ Hopkins Marshall-Mods “.
Included is a clipper consistent with Friedman & Cameron assemblies.
Also included is a consistent with Friedman Effects Loop which is the same design as George Metropoulos’s Zero Loss Effects Loop.
Out of all the great amps I own this circuit is my favorite as shared by many fellow guitarists as the Pandora’s rarely come up for sale and there are many in the US & Canada.
