Ebony with Bloodwood was the first set of custom inlayed pins that I produced. It is still one of my favorite combinations. The striking crimson of the Bloodwood against the Ebony is a classic that never gets old.
*NOTE* These bridge pins are available in two versions. Please see specifications below. When ordering, please advise which version is appropriate for your guitar.
*Specifications:
VERSION 1
* 3 degree tapered slotted shaft
* 0.210" diameter at the top of the shaft (just below the skirt)
* string slot running the full length of the shaft, stopping below the skirt
* slightly larger 5/32" inlays
* hand buffed, high gloss finish
These pins should fit many manufacturer's guitars, including Taylor, Ryan, Santa Cruz, Goodall, Garrison, Blanchard, Martin (prior to 1994), and Gibson (Nov. 2009 to present). However, some guitars may require a slight modification to the bridge or the pins may need to be altered to fit. Triple C Woodworking recommends that these modifications be performed by a qualified guitar technician.
VERSION 2
* 5 degree tapered shaft
* Slot runs the entire length of the shaft and through the skirt
* slightly larger 5/32" inlays
* hand buffed, high gloss finish
These pins will fit Martin guitars since 1994 and some old Gibson guitars.
In no event shall Triple C Woodworking be liable for any damage to guitars caused by the use, misuse, alteration, or installation of bridge pins.
Unlike most unfinished bridge pins, these pins feature a hand-buffed gloss finish and slightly larger inlay.
