This item includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Jerry‰Ûªs sister to validate the historical provenance of this piece of gear! 

ACCESSORIES - This item includes a 26' foot CANARE extending speaker cable with male to female 4-pin NEUTRIK connectors. Otherwise it comes only as seen in photos, does not include any other accessories..

PHYSICAL CONDITION - Good! Besides some scraping and tearing in the tolex around the backside area, as well as a few other normal signs of use, this item is in great condition. It appears that the original power cable has been replaced with a newer longer cable. Also the Eminence speaker is not original but it was as Jerry used it. The original speaker (included separately) has some dirt and stains, normal wear with age, and a broken positive terminal, but looks good overall.

WORKING CONDITION - Excellent! All pots have a little crackle when you adjust them, but it doesn't affect sound while playing. Otherwise, it tested working very well. The original speaker (not installed) passed a bench test working fine, but has a broken positive terminal.
