Martin F-55 1964 vintage hollow body electric guitar with DeArmonds

This great playing and great sounding F-55 at some time in its long life sustained some finish damage that is obvious all over the guitar. It has mainly affected the finish and does not seem to be structural. The binding is still complete and intact but it is starting to lift in a couple of areas.  It looks like moisture or heat damage to the finish. The metal parts on the guitar are very clean and in excellent condition which leads me to believe it was heat or possible dry cold that created the finish peeling. However, the guitar is mostly all still here and original. The pick guard is missing. All else seems to be intact and still with the guitar. These F-55's are sleepers and a nice alternative to the hollow body Gibson's in the same class. If you like DeArmonds, you will love this guitar. This example is out of the store owner's private collection and not eligible for returns. Guitar will be packed well and insured. It will arrive in a non-original hard case, and is priced right. It is a very light 5.95 pounds.
