A rare and unusual find, the Mister Bassman was manufactured by British DIY and budget synthesizer maker Dewtron. These bass pedals were used extensively by early English Prog musicians including Mike Rutherford of Genesis and Chris Squire of Yes. The Mister Bassman was also found onstage with John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin. This example of the instrument is physically is solid shape for its age, all pieces and parts intact. Operationally, this synth is needing repair, with the low D flat pedal not triggering, and the scaling across the keys not entirely consistent. This synth is a project for the right collector and/or fan of British Prog, and is thus sold AS-IS. Please contact with any questions.
