10 pieces of PF5102 N-Ch JFET low noise transistor. Manufactured by ON Semiconductor/Fairchild.
Purchased in late 2019 when the manufacturer announced these were being discontinued.
Random samples were tested and found to have low Vgs, an average of 0.7V within a range of 0.54-0.96V and low IDss, averaging 1.0mA within a range of 0.76-1.4mA. These specs are very similar to 2N5457 and MPF102. They work great as amplifiers or a high impedance input buffer in guitar pedals.
