Hohner HG-905

For your consideration is this Hohner HG-905 dreadnought 6 string, Serial number 02537. These Hohner 900 series guitars are very hard to come by, even online. The 905 is all wood construction with a solid Bearclaw Spruce top, Mahogany neck, backs and sides, Indian Rosewood fretboard, Maple binding and fret markers, bone nut and saddle, and MOP headstock inlay. There is talk that these were produced by K. Yairi. It is in overall very good condition, with just evidence of home playing. There are a couple marks on the back that look like silver sharpie, and can probably be clay-barred off. Recently had the frets leveled and polished, and setup with D'addario light gauge strings. Action at the 1st fret is about .015" and .070 at the 12th fret (tons of bridge left to bring this down if you'd like), and has zero buzzing anywhere on the fret. This thing plays and sounds great, stays in tune, and is a much louder guitar than the rest of my collection. You won't be disappointed with this one.
