"This is an authentic Conde studio flamenco guitar built approx. in 1958 or 1959 at our Pozuelo de Alarcón workshop. It has a spruce top, cypress back and sides Honduras cedar neck and rosewood fretboard."
I emailed detailed pics to Conde Hermanos' offices in Spain to investigate Marcela's heritage and the above quote was their response.
Comes shipped in gator hard case (not pictured but ask me),
packed with care, detuned. golpeador is cracked and repaired by pedestrian,not by me, but i choose to ignore bc it doesn't do any wrong, and it's original.
slight intusion on top fretboard common to old delicate guitars that were stored with strings too tight during humidifying and drying over time.
no splits. normal light contusions of being alive for some decades, eh??
its tone is so sweet, notes linger longer. percussive playing creates a swirl in your ear of sounds so pure you'd think an angel was whispering you sweet nothings.
