Here's a 1981 Gibson Flying V bass in Transparent Blue finish. How cool is this?!? And how rare (none for sale on Reverb at the time of listing)! Every thing on the bass is original. No breaks, cracks, repairs. There's a little bit of discoloration on the lower right (treble side) wing, but it is not touch up or a repair. Matching '81 pots, '81 serial number, solid maple body, bound fingerboard, 30 1/2" scale, and a pair of fantastic sounding humbucker style pickups. The bass plays great, with easy playing action. The frets are on the lower side, but have life left. Every note plays. Rock star of a bass here!
