~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Digital Action Gauge
The most useful tool on your bench for accurate, repeatable guitar set ups!
Quickly, easily and accurately measure the action on your guitar, bass or any stringed instrument.
Use this incredibly handy gauge for:
  • Measuring the action at the 12th fret
  • Setting saddle height
  • Measuring & setting nut action / nut height / nut slot height
  • Measure the action of any string at any fret
FEATURES
  • Top quality, custom, precision electronic gauge
  • Precision machined feet for accurate measurement
  • Textured handles for easy, one-handed use
  • Measures in inches or millimeters
  • Accuracy: +/-.001" (.025mm)
  • Resolution: 0005" (.01mm)
EASY TO USE
1.) Hold the guitar in playing position, tilted back so the frets are facing slightly upward.
2.) Position gauge so that the 4 legs are straddling the string and evenly contacting the fretboard. Be sure the probe is directly over the string and fret.
3.) Bounce the sliding probe against the string to make sure it's fully contacting the string, then press the "ZERO" button.
4.) Then simply press the sliding probe down until the string contacts the fret. The measurement shown is your action.
Digital Neck Relief Gauge
Finally, an affordable relief gauge - with all the best modern features!
Quickly and easily measure the exact amount of relief (curve) in your neck and take the guesswork out of guitar setup.
See exactly how much movement happens when you adjust the truss rod and get the same, measurable results every time.
Our Neck Relief Gauge is full length at 15-1/4", for the most accurate measurement possible. The truss rod typically affects neck curvature from the nut to the 17th fret and this gauge spans that distance perfectly. Shorter gauges only measure part of the curve, giving a lower accuracy and resolution in your measurement.
FEATURES
15-1/4" long to span a guitar neck's full curvature
Works on all guitars, basses and any instrument with a fretboard from 13-1/2" to 30" long
Probe is centered on gauge for highest accuracy & easy use on left handed instruments
Measures in inches or millimeters
Accuracy: +/-.001" (.025mm)
Resolution: 0005" (.01mm)
EASY TO USE
1.) Hold the gauge feet and probe against a straightedge, such as your leveling beam, and press "ZERO"
2.) Place the feet of the gauge firmly on the 1st & 17th frets with the probe on the 7th fret
3.) Your relief measurement is displayed on the screen
