RELIC Stratocaster Frankenstrat SET Eddie Van Halen EVH AGED Frankenstein Super Strat Q Pickups

Inspired by Mr. Van Halen´s 1982 "Frankenstrat" guitar.
RELIC / AGED SET - Humbucker bridge and Strat sized neck.

Eddies`s humbucker bridge pickup was mounted directly to the wood/body of the guitar. To install this pickup to the wood you will have to re-drill the mounting holes on the baseplate so they can accept wood screws. We can do that for you - you can leave a note at the checkout page or send us a message.


Vintage correct PAF style humbucker pickup in the bridge position:
- black BUTYRATE bobbins with 49,2mm spacing. The pickup has to be installed at a slight angle to compensate for the differing string spacings of the Fender tremolo and the PAF spaced humbucker(49,2mm).


- LONG legs on the nickel silver base plate. These "legs" are too long to fit in a regular strat bridge pickup cavity. Total height of this pickup with LONG legs is approx. 27mm.

- AWG42 PLAIN ENAMEL WIRE ( HOT / overwound - 8,5kOhm @ 20°C)

Stratocaster sized neck pickup:
 - 13kOhm DC resistance @20°C

- hand wound Elektrisola AWG 43 gauge wire

- red vulcanized fiber bobbin flatwork with brass eyelets

- Alnico 5 polepieces


- cloth covered push-back wire, wax potted(paraffin and bee`s wax).

- the coil is protected with black cloth pickup tape.

We use Croatia post Air Mail Priority Registered shipping service, usually 1-2 weeks to EU and 2-4 weeks abroad/overseas - with most parcels being delivered by your local post office.

Return & Refund Policy;

• New Items: 14 days from delivery
• Used or vintage items: 7 days form delivery

Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of use. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Custom orders are non‑returnable and not eligible for a refund unless not as described.

Refunds are issued to the buyer’s original payment method, minus shipping costs (unless not as desribed).

A 10% restocking fee will also be withheld if a refund is requested after the item has been shipped, as allowed by Reverb’s policies.
