1951 Gibson LG-1
NOTE: This guitar has been relisted (8/1/26) at a lower price. It's been off the market for several years.
Spruce top, mahogany back and sides, one piece mahogany neck and rosewood fret board
Comes with original case. Note: Someone drilled a whole in the bottom of the body (see photo), most likely for a pickup. The guitar came with no electronics. The sound is awesome and loud! This is a perfect blues and folk guitar. The ladder bracing gives her a bright and punchy attack. The bass end is surprisingly rich given size and bracing.
Replacement parts:
Kluson tuners (original Kluson tuners come with the guitar), bridge pins and end pin.
