Here’s a rare and original Pre-War Gretsch Made in USA folk banjo with original tuners. It features the original lacquer finish with checking (all natural wheather checking) and Mother of Pearl headstock face plate and neck heel plate.
The condition is overall good for its age with cosmetic wear and patina on the metal parts, with an “Elton” arm rest installed. This rare Gretsch is a pre-war made in USA instrument so it may benefit from a set up to your preference for optimal playability (for example a neck adjustment for best action). The name Gretsch is world renowned for its superior quality and craftsmanship.
